HAF Audit & Conseil is managed since 2007 by Marc de Prémare, former partner of Constantin Associés. Signing partner of listed companies of the SBF 120, Marc de Prémare has 20 years of experience in an international context, in France, USA and Brazil, where he founded and managed the subsidiary of Constantin Associés.
He graduated from Harvard Business School (Advanced Management Program) and is Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor. He heads the audit, business advisory and accounting practice of HAF Audit & Conseil.
He is the international liaison partner for audit and corporate finance and a member of the executive committee of Crowe Horwath Partenaires. He speaks fluently French, English and Portuguese.
The Corporate Finance and Valuation practice of HAF Audit & Conseil is managed by Olivier Grivillers, who joined HAF Audit & Conseil in 2009. He graduated from ESCP Europe and is Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor. Olivier Grivillers has developed his expertise in valuation and corporate finance at Constantin and Deloitte Finance. He authored numerous articles on valuation and is a member of the valuation committee of the National Institute of Auditors.

Pierre-Antoine Auger heads the Accounting & Tax services practice of Crowe Horwath – HAF Audit & Conseil
Pierre-Antoine has 12 years of professional experience. He started his career in a mid-size accounting firm where he was in charge of tax & reporting services for French subsidiaries of foreign groups. He then joined Deloitte where he worked during 6 years in audit and transaction services.
He then served during 2 years as deputy CFO of a middle size multinational company headquartered in France, with 10+ manufacturing plants worldwide, where he was in charge of putting in place a centralized business & accounting reporting system. He joined Crowe Horwath – HAF Audit & Conseil in 2014.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor and holds a superior degree in Finance & Accounting

Prior to joining Crowe Horwath in 2016 as an Associate
Partner, Guy Isimat-Mirin served 35 years in two large audit
organizations : Arthur Andersen, where he was instrumental in the
development of the Paris office and then Mazars, where he was head of business
development and a member of the Executive Committee. He served very large French
Multinational Companies as Lead Audit Partner and also has in-depth experience
experience as Lead Client Service Partner for Advisory services.

Veronique Bourillet joined HAF Audit & Conseil in 2011 as head of the training department. Veronique started her audit experience with Ernst and Young in Paris, and then with various others auditing firms. In addition, she developed many training programs for the Crowe Horwath network , for the CFPC (training center for chartered accountants) and for one of the most famous training firms in France specialised in tax and accounting.
Veronique is in charge of many engagements in not for profit sector and belongs to the Crowe Horwath Partenaires “not for profit” commission .
